Scale & Bake provides free kitchen calculators and reference information for general home cooking and baking. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes at no cost.

We work hard to keep every tool accurate, but results are estimates. Ingredient weights vary by brand and measuring technique, ovens vary, and rules of thumb are only starting points. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use.
Food safety
Cooking times are approximate. Always use a food thermometer to confirm that meat, poultry and other foods have reached a safe minimum internal temperature, and follow guidance from the USDA or your local food-safety authority. Nothing on this site is medical or nutritional advice.
